LGBTQ+ at Wotton Kearney
Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee have recently rolled out the below rainbow specific initiatives:
- Incorporating inclusivity into our Policies & Procedures
- Enabling the use of pronouns on email and letterhead signoffs (opt in basis)
- Firm-wide unconscious bias training (as part of onboarding)
- Firm-wide inclusive language training and supporting resources
- Participation in the WK Pride Network (Australian and New Zealand members)
- Celebration of rainbow-specific events, including Pride Month
