Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee have recently rolled out the below rainbow specific initiatives:

  • Incorporating inclusivity into our Policies & Procedures
  • Enabling the use of pronouns on email and letterhead signoffs (opt in basis)
  • Firm-wide unconscious bias training (as part of onboarding)
  • Firm-wide inclusive language training and supporting resources
  • Participation in the WK Pride Network (Australian and New Zealand members)
  • Celebration of rainbow-specific events, including Pride Month
