Culture at Wotton Kearney

I enjoy the workplace culture at the firm. There are many events and opportunities to socialise with colleagues and those in the industry. The teamwork and cooperation is also great.

Incredibly friendly team who are some of my best friends.

There is always the opportunity to socialise outside of work hours if that is desired (i.e., attendance at client events and functions) There is an obvious hierarchy due to the way that work is structured in the legal field but the Partners and Senior Lawyers are extremely accessible.
