Day-to-day, I work with the client, investigators and experts to provide updates to my supervisors to pass onto clients, and use that information to prepare a strategy for dispute resolution. Involved in preparing procedural documentation and memorandums if unable to resolve matters and drafting reports setting out strategy / advice.
