Excellent IT training and resources. Largely due to good admin team who answer questions and constantly looking to improve tech. Having worked at other companies, we really have an exceptional team here and issues are not long lasting when they occur from time to time.

The first few months includes Junior Technical Training where you can learn a bit more about the insurance industry and what lawyers do to assist their insurer clients. Other than that, it is easiest to just learn by osmosis how the industry works.
