GLOW (Gays, Lesbians, or Whatever) is one of our key initiatives, a group dedicated to empowering people to be their authentic selves at work every day. Reuben, a member of the GLOW Steering Group and representing Farm Source, emphasises the importance of tangible actions. With his marketing expertise, he handles employee communications and visuals and represents Fonterra at external events like Rainbow Youth, advocating for LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the corporate world. “It’s really important to me that everyone feels comfortable to bring their full self to work. The GLOW Team really celebrates this additional level of diversity within Fonterra,” says Reuben.
Our affiliation with It Works for Everyone, Pride Pledge, Accessibility Tick, Gender Tick, Tupu Toa, Champions for Change, Dairy Women’s Network, Global Women, and Diversity Works underscores our commitment to inclusivity. We are proud of our participation and support with First Foundation, and events like the Auckland Pride Parade, which further highlights our dedication to the LGBTQIA+ community.
