Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders at Stantec Australia

Stantec has a vision of reconciliation with Australia’s First Nations people. Stantec has endorsement from Reconciliation Australia for Stantec’s Innovate RAP, we are working hard to progress our initiatives that foster positive relationships with our First Nations people. We are partnered with Supply Nation, Kinaway and Engineering Aid Australia, and attend events regularly to support these partnerships in practice. Our artwork by Chern’ee Sutton, titled ‘Stantec’s Journey’ is displayed on our website. We also have an Indigenous Connections employee resource group, where we provide opportunities for staff across all lands in Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand and Canada to connect with other Indigenous staff.
