We are partners of the Diversity Council Australia, where we are connected to a network of professionals working in the ID&E space and meet regularly to discuss topics within the inclusive landscape. Additionally, at Stantec, we have a number of Employee Resource Groups that support and progress our inclusion and diversity initiatives that highlight our cultural diversity, including Latinos@Stantec and Asians@Stantec; both groups our staff can join and engage with both within the Australian business and our broader global network.
