Stantec is committed to gender equity with numerous initiatives. With the Women@Stantec employee resource group delivering events and initiatives across all our regions, there is always something to be a part of. Stantec is also partnered with Work180, where we are an endorsed employer, and Catalyst, the international organization progressing women’s equity. We celebrate International Women’s Day and International Women in Engineering Day every year, as well as sponsorship and mentoring opportunities for staff to be apart of.
