Disability Support at Stantec Australia

Stantec is a disability inclusive workplace, with a commitment and understanding to the diverse perspectives and experiences that people with disability bring to work. Stantec has a People with Disability@Stantec employee resource group, as well as undertakes the Disability Equality Index benchmark reporting across several of our regions, to understand how our practices are inclusive of people with disability. We celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities every year, and engage with our staff on their lived experience and perspective to ensuring that our workplace is accommodating, supportive and inclusive of employees with disability. We are also partnered with Australia Disability Network.
