RCP and my team are considerate with flexible hours. As my bus doesn’t leave till 6 pm I will finish work at 6 pm some days and 4:30 pm others. Since I’m finishing at 4:30 today I quickly get changed for the gym, pack up my desk and head out. After a quick gym workout, I head to the bus hub ready to go home.

Once a week, catch a taxi to a nearby school club where student creators are using one of our software products. While there, I assist students who are using our product. They provide some feedback and find bugs in our product!

Auditing is flexible enough that you can also help out your colleagues working on the same job if needed or look ahead to what jobs are coming up and plan for these. Otherwise, I continue on from where I left off the day before.

There is always a lot of variation to the workday as focus shifts across different stocks under your team’s coverage very quickly, which makes for a highly dynamic and exciting environment.

In the Tax team we have people who all have very different degrees and backgrounds! Some people have accounting degrees where many others in the team have science degrees or law degrees.
